Tenant Is Unruly -- and Makes Up Laws

Evicting an expectant dad

My landlord is evicting a tenant for creating a mess on the property, disturbing tenants with loud noise and vandalism to his and my property. The tenant is saying he can't be evicted because his girlfriend is pregnant and the law says you have to wait six weeks after the birth to proceed with eviction. Is this true?

No, there is not a whit of truth in this loud and messy father-to-be's claim. It sounds to me as if there are excellent grounds to evict him. And he should also be given the hairy eyeball for impersonating a lawyer.
